The value of pewter jugs from your grandma will depend on several factors, including their age, condition, and any unique or historical significance they may have. Pewter items can be collectible and sought after by antique enthusiasts, so it's possible that they still hold value. To determine their worth, you could consider consulting with an antique appraiser or doing some research on similar items to see what they are selling for in the current market. Additionally, sentimental value can also play a role in determining their worth to you personally. **

Black Friday deals can be a mix of real bargains and fake discounts. Some retailers may inflate the original prices to make the discounts seem larger than they actually are. It's important for consumers to do their research and compare prices before making a purchase to ensure they are getting a genuine deal. Additionally, some products may be older models or lower quality items that are being sold at a discounted price, so it's important to consider the value and quality of the product before making a purchase. **

The creamier taste of milk from 2-liter jugs from Holland compared to Germany could be due to differences in the processing and treatment of the milk. In Holland, the milk may undergo a different pasteurization or homogenization process that results in a creamier texture and taste. Additionally, the breed of cows and their diet in Holland may also contribute to the creamier taste of the milk. These factors, along with potential differences in regulations and standards for milk production, could all play a role in the perceived creaminess of the milk from 2-liter jugs from Holland compared to Germany. **

Yes, discounts for prepayment when shopping online can be legitimate. Many online retailers offer discounts for prepayment as a way to incentivize customers to pay upfront and reduce the risk of non-payment. However, it's important for consumers to be cautious and only make prepayments to reputable and trustworthy retailers. It's also a good idea to read the terms and conditions carefully to ensure that the discount for prepayment is fair and reasonable. **

I prefer glass dishes in the kitchen for bowls, jugs, etc. Glass dishes are versatile, as they can be used for both hot and cold items, and they are easy to clean. They also do not retain flavors or odors from previous use. However, glass dishes are more prone to breaking and can be heavier than ceramic dishes. Ceramic dishes, on the other hand, are durable and can retain heat well, but they are more likely to absorb flavors and odors and can be more difficult to clean. **
